We are about to finish our 5th building with Carl and I can honestly tell you that, as picky as I am, I find his work consistently the best quality and his crew of the utmost professionalism.<br><br>Carl is the type who genuinely have his heart on work. He doesn't give you fancy talks or give you a low bid to get the project and then cut corners to make profit. I have worked with too many contractors and painters who promise one thing and do another when you are not there to supervise, but Carl you can just leave the complete project to his team from start to finish without having to worry if things will go wrong or if they will use inferior or diluted paint.<br><br>He knows what he is doing and cares enough for his business and his customers to ensure the quality of his work will last many many years. I tried many Korean painters who have hundreds of 5-star reviews, but their work is only good for a couple years before you start to notice the paint fading and peeling. As I become more experienced with this industry, I am starting to understand the importance of getting something done right from the outset. To save a few thousand bucks with some cheap contractor could oftentimes translate into having to invest more to make up for the poor job done. Carl may not give you the lowest bid in terms of numbers, but he is definitely the most reasonably priced if assessed for the quality of work and the money's worth. He never asks for review, but I genuinely feel indebted to write one after seeing the meticulous jobs he did to beautify my buildings. What a difference they made!<br><br>I cannot say enough good things about Carl and his crew. And despite his loud voice (which I adore and find it fits his character very well), he is a very genuine and respectful man once you get to know him. He is one of the most trustworthy contractors you can find these days and his work never disappoints!

I called Carl to come out for a quote last Thursday and after meeting with him I was convinced that he knew what he was doing. He quoted a very fair price and started work the next day. I threw a few curve ball requests at him and his crew had no problem with any of it. Today is the following Thursday and they just left with the job complete. My wife and I are VERY pleased with the job and the extra attention to our requests make this a fantastic job. He is patient and offered to paint several test colors to make sure we were happy with them prior to ordering the paint. They prepped all eves and fascia, including some replacement, power washed whole house, masked everything and painting the entire house, garage and gates. Great job Big "C" and crew!
